In May 2015, Bombardier handed over stock locomotive 76 109 to German railfreight operator Raildox. By then, Raildox was already operating the machine for over a year. In September 2015, the locomotive was repainted. It was no longer silver, but blue and orange.

Raildox 76 110-0 has performed border transition tests between Essen (BE) and Roosendaal (NL) today (March 2). The image on the left was made by Jeroen de Vries and shows the loco at Nispen during one of the test runs. The image on the right, by Martijn Schokker, was taken near Breukelen when the loco headed to Amsterdam Watergraafsmeer after the tests.

Raildox 76110 has arrived in the Netherlands. After completing ETCS test runs together with 76109, it will do the same in the Netherlands. These runs are done for Bombardier. After the test runs, the machines will go back to Raildox.

Last week, Raildox TRAXX DE no. 76109 and 76110, payed Kassel a visit. On 24.02.2016 the machines arrived in Belgium together.
Now Wallorail.be reports that both diesel locomotives are in Belgium for border transition tests. They will be running on 'line 24' starting from Montzen.

According to Rail Business, Raildox has purchased a second TRAXX DE locomotive from Bombardier. The German operator already operates former stock locomotive 76 109, which will be joined by the second TRAXX DE on November 1. The locomotive will also carry the blue/orange livery as carried by 76 109. (Rail Business)
Currently, there are only two stock locomotives left of an original batch of 15: 76 110 and 76 111. The hire of 76 110 by Pressnitztalbahn from Bombardier has recently ended with the delivery of 76 001-004 (285 101-104) to PRESS and the locomotive is in Kassel now, so it is a likely candidate to become Raildox's second TRAXX DE.

Raildox 76 109 has been given a makeover. Bombardier has restyled the locomotive into Raildox livery, similar to that of the Class 185.2 locomotives the German railfreight operator already operates. (Christian Klotz)
BTW: they forgot the check digit in the NVR number of the locomotive.

Since 29.11.2013, operator Raildox from Erfurt is testing a Traxx DE locomotive. Bombardier stock locomotive 76 102 is now hired to this company. Also ITL is still working with a machine from this batch of eleven: 76 101. - IS/KAR/JS
